PF Chang’s Concept Redesign – Commercial Restaurant Remodel

This project involved the complete reimagining of a PF Chang’s commercial space, with the goal of creating a refreshed and elevated dining experience rooted in Asian cultural influences. Working in partnership, we developed a new design concept that honored the brand’s heritage while introducing a more modern, luxurious aesthetic.

The redesigned space features dark, moody finishes, layered textures, and gold accents that add warmth and sophistication. Cultural references were thoughtfully integrated through art, lighting, and material choices, creating a rich and immersive environment for guests.

As part of the design, my partner and I created custom furniture pieces, including a signature dining table and bespoke counter stools, designed to reflect the elevated tone of the space and unify the overall concept.

From space planning to final presentation, our design emphasized atmosphere, craftsmanship, and authenticity, offering a refined take on contemporary Asian dining.
